He was a tall thin guy with blonde hair and glasses, which I somewhat remember being rectangle. I feel like his clothes were very monotone and most likely gray. He had a very drab demeanor and sad view on life. The visual aspects of the cartoon were also very drab, I remember most scenes being in back alleys and weird late night shops.Open.
